Wholemeal Wraps

These homemade wraps are a wholesome upgrade to store-bought ones packed with nourishing ingredients, full of flavour, and incredibly simple to make!

MAKES: 4 WRAPS
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES

COOKING TIME: 4 MINUTES EACH
DIFFICULTY: EASY

Ingredients

250g wholemeal bread flour

 

45ml (3 tbsp) olive oil

 

Pinch of salt

 

150ml boiling water

Method

1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix into a dough

 

2. Knead for 2 minutes, then divide into 6 balls

 

3. Roll out each ball into a thin wrap

 

4. Heat a pan on medium high heat, add a wrap and cook for about 2 minutes on each side
