Snickers Bars

​A total crowd-pleaser! These healthier, indulgent Snickers bars get their sweet, gooey texture from natural dates. Bonus: fiber!

Ingredients

80g peanut butter

 

100g maple syrup

 

3 dates, in pieces

 

4-5 brown rice cakes, crushed

 

25g peanuts, crushed

 

80g dark chocolate

Method

1. Combine the PB and maple syurp in a bowl.

 

2. Add the rice cakes.

 

3. Add mixture to a lined loaf tin.

 

4. Melt the chocolate and pour on top. add some flaky salt.

 

5. Store in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set. Slice and enjoy!
