Parmesan Butter Beans
Made with butter beans, they offer an impressive double dose of both soluble and insoluble fiber. This powerful combination not only helps you feel comfortably full for longer but also works to keep your digestion running smoothly.

Ingredients
2 cans of butter beans
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt to taste
60g Parmesan cheese
80g of sweet corn
Method
1. Drain and rinse butter beans
2. Mix with olive oil, salt and paprika
3. Bake for 25-30 min at 180C, until crunchy
4. Sprinkle Parmesan and sweet corn to the top
5. Return to the oven for 15 min
6. Save into an air tight container
