Festive Cottage Cheese Bread

Ingredients

200g oats

 

260g cottage cheese

 

50g of walnuts

 

50g of cranberries

 

2 tbsp of stem ginger

 

25g of 100% cacao, cacao

 

1/2 tbsp baking powder

 

2 eggs

 

Drizzle of maple syrup (optional)

 

Cinnamon to taste

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients together in one bowl, leaving the cacao at the end

 

2. Shape as a bread in a baking tray lined with parchment paper

 

3. Bake for 60 minutes at 180C
