Chocolate & Mango Overnight Oats

A wholesome, fibre-packed breakfast featuring slow-release oats, omega-3-rich chia seeds, and a hint of antioxidant-rich cacao. Topped with creamy yogurt, juicy mango, and a sprinkle of dark chocolate, it’s a deliciously nourishing way to fuel your day.

Ingredients

45g oats

​

10g chia seeds

​

5g cacao powder

​

50g yogurt

​

10g maple syrup

​

100ml almond milk

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and leave overnight in the fridge, or for at least 20 minutes, allowing the oats to soften. 

 

2. Add the toppings before serving. 

Toppings:

2 tbsp of yoghurt

​

A handful of chopped mango

​

Chopped dark chocolate
