Blended Chia Pudding

Want an indulgent treat that's actually good for you? This chia pudding is the answer! It perfectly blends rich cacao with tangy berries, delivering a delicious dose of antioxidants and beneficial plant compounds.

Ingredients

68g chia seeds

 

300ml almond milk

 

2 tbsp cacao powder

 

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

 

50ml coffee (optional)

 

 

Toppings:

​

200g of raspberries, mashed

​

50g melted dark chocolate

Method

1. Blend all ingredients for the chia pudding

 

2. Serve in a glass or jar, top with mashed raspberries and melted dark chocolate

 

3. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight
