Biona Mixed Bean Snack

​The ultimate healthy snack: crunchy mixed beans, loaded with fibre, plant protein, and flavour.

Ingredients

1 tin mixed beans

 

1 tin chickpeas

 

6 tbsp of olive oil

 

4 tsp smoked paprika

 

2 tbsp of nutritional yeast (optional)

 

Salt to taste

Method

1. Preheat oven at 180C

 

2. Drain and rinse beans from all the cans

 

3. Toss with olive oil, smoked paprika and salt

 

4. Layer in a baking tray (use multiple if needed so they can all have space between them)

5.Bake for 35-45 min until crunch
