Ingredients
30g of flax seeds

200g Greek yoghurt
​
2 tbsp of soy milk or other plant milk
1 fig
​
50g of blueberries, fresh or frozen
​
1tsp of peanut butter
Method
1. Mix your flax seeds with milk, then add the yoghurt and stir until well combined
​
2. Add fig slices, blueberries and peanut butter as toppings
