2 Ingredient Bagels

Bagels are a treat anytime of day, and with this simple 2 ingredient recipe, you can have a fresh batch ready in minutes.

Ingredients

220g whole meal self-rising flour (you can make your own mixing 220g whole meal flour

​

a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of baking powder)

​

250g Greek yogurt

 

Egg wash

 

Handful of mixed seeds

 

​

Optional fillings:

 

Savoury: avocado and egg

​

Sweet: ricotta and blueberry compote

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

 

2. Mix flour and yogurt in a bowl.

 

3. Knead dough on a floured surface.

 

4. Divide dough into 4 pieces and roll into bagel shapes.

 

5. Brush bagels with egg.

 

6. Sprinkle with seeds.

 

7. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown.

 

8. Let cool completely.
